Due to COVID-19, wreath laying ceremonies and mass placement of wreathes for Wreaths Across America (WAA) and other mass wreath placement events have been modified to provide a safe and effective event.  We are committed to ensuring the safety of our community.  Therefore we will not be holding a WWA ceremony or public wreath laying at Omaha National Cemetery this year.  The ceremony will be held virtually.  The WAA Coordinator is currently making the necessary arrangements.  Please check back to see where you can view the virtual ceremony.  Sponsored wreaths in 2020 will be placed by a small core group of volunteers and cemetery staff.  Please join us next year on December 18, 2021 to honor and remember our local heroes’ at our ceremony for National Wreaths Across America Day.
